Dubai
The
place to be, the city of enormous luxury, innovative and trend setting
development.
Places of interest include: The creek where you can visit the old town
Bur Dubai and Deira, the Heritage Village, various parks, Ras al Khor,
the beaches, the numerous shopping malls, Nad al Sheba (the camel race
track and home of Falcons), the Fish Market, many great restaurants, the
different mosques, Bab al Shams, and much more.

A journey down the Creek is not to be missed, the journey takes one
along many historical and new buildings, countless dhows, Abra’s, and
much more. The old traditional shopping centres and the Heritage
village are also well worth a visit.

A
part of Dubai’s past can be experienced at the Old town Bur Dubai,
Heritage village in Shindhagha and the old town Deira.
Wander through the streets of Bur Dubai and Deira looking at interesting
buildings,
visit the Gold Suq or the many unique shops. Visit the Heritage Village,
go see the Maktoum House or have dinner in one of its lovely restaurants
at the boulevard.

Ras
Al Khor, a mangrove reserve which has a year round population of
Flamingos unique to the region.
Madinat which is build in Arabian style, with nice shops, bars,
restaurants and a great view at the 7 stars hotel Burj Al Arab. The
beaches, great during the day, but fabulous during sundown.
Hatta
Hatta is mountainous area, with peaks soaring to a maximum height of
approximately 1500mtrs.
The Hatta - Ray tour is one of the options and it has a lot of diversity
in mountains
and natural pools. While touring through these mountains it is very likely
that you will
spot the camels, goats, donkeys and many bird species.
You can easily spend an entire day exploring the Hatta mountains
by following the
main road and go off track now and then, you will discover the most
amazing places.

Al
Awir - Big Red
The
desert is not just a big sandpit, but it is a big area full of nice and
beautiful surprises, which you might not have expected. Besides it's
amazing, colourful sand dunes it has also quit a wild life apart from
the camels, goats and donkeys which can be seen in big numbers. The
desert hides all sorts of reptiles, birds, insects, mammals
(amongst others foxes and gazelles) and an interesting flora and
many small camel and goat farms.

This
desert area is surrounding the great, big, red dune which is called the
Big Red, which is over 100 mtrs. high. The Big Red is very popular with
the local people, who often spend the Friday racing up and down the
dunes with quads, buggies and 4WD cars.
